The cost of our services varies depending on the size of your balcony. Prices are for a 3-meter balcony:
- Ceiling - from 25,000 tenge;
- Floor (logs with OSB) - from 30,500 tenge;
- Installation of a roof on a loggia - from 44,800 tenge;
- Sheathing of a balcony wall + external plastic slopes of a balcony block - from 47,500 tenge;
- Internal sheathing of railings (parapet) - from 31,000 tenge;
- Siding outside the balcony - from 73,000 tenge;
- Sandwich outside the balcony - from 49,000 tenge.
The price is valid for November 2024.
Our prices are fixed and do not change after the arrival of the surveyor.
If you need to lay linoleum, then you will need to purchase it yourself,

Based on your wishes for texture and color, our workers will lay it for 3,500 tenge.
Also, TOO "Panorama Karaganda" offers you a choice of various materials for cladding your balcony. Everything is discussed upon arrival of the surveyor.
