A quarter of the house, a house for 4 owners. In the center of Dolinka, a canteen stop is a 2-minute walk away. The house has cold, hot water, bath, toilet, cable TV, internet with Wi-Fi. 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom (not renovated), steam heating. The walls are even, sheathed with plasterboard, thick (you can't hear the neighbors). The windows are plastic. The house is warm, there is little coal. Neighbors are quiet and calm.
