Plugline Pneumatic plugs for pipes

Pneumatic Plugs, Water Seals (1.5 - 2.5 bar)
• Designed to seal sewers, drainage systems, pipelines and drains.
• Mainly used during technical support for repair and maintenance of sewers / pipelines / drainage systems / drains, eliminating accidental faults.
• Designed to be used in sewers / pipelines / drainage systems / drains for leak detection and testing with air or water. They are used with Test and Bypass Plugs in the set to carry out tests according to EN 1610: 2015.
• Meets the requirements and is suitable for use in testing pipes according to EN 1610: 2015.
• Made of high quality special NR / SBR rubber, reinforced with Kevlar tire (lighter, stronger and more puncture resistant). This material can be replaced by NBR, CR, EPDM materials depending on customer requirements and application.
• Available for pipe diameters from 35mm (1.37") to 4200mm (165.35").
• These plugs are pneumatic plugs, they can be called water seals, seals. The standard inflation pressure / working pressure of pneumatic pipe plugs is 1.5 bar (21.75 PSI) and 2.5 bar (36.25 PSI).
• In addition to this pressure, inflatable pneumatic pipe plugs can have higher working pressure such as 6.0 bar (87.02 PSI) and 12.0 bar (174.04 PSI) can be produced and they are called high pressure inflatable pipe plugs
• Can be used at temperatures from -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
