Chocolate glaze melting tank

Z series melting tanks are designed to melt and maintain a small volume of product in a molten state and then transfer or pump it into enrobing or tempering machines.
Chocolate is heated in a tank (60 kg capacity) heated in a water bath. A special liquid is used, circulating in a closed circuit.
The tank is equipped with a stirrer for continuous mixing of the product.
The tank can be equipped with a vane housing pump made of AISI 304 steel
(model Z60ET) for chocolate recirculation and feeding to enrobing
machines.
The tank body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
