Gestalt training group therapy

Gestalt training in the format of group therapy.

Advanced training program "Personal growth and Gestalt" from the St. Petersburg Gestalt Institute in ALMATY

ALMATY | May 6–11

Contact with yourself and others is not just theory, it is an experience that transforms.

You can read a lot about gestalt, listen to lectures, discuss techniques - but real depth begins live, in a group, where each interaction becomes a mirror and an opportunity.

The group therapy format is the key to real contact.
Contact without roles, tension and masks.

Contact where you feel - "I am", "I am heard", "I am accepted".

It is in the group that you will be able to:

- For the first time truly hear yourself

- Notice how you build relationships and where you lose contact

- Realize your boundaries and learn to build them ecologically

- Feel the living "here and now" - the basis of the Gestalt approach

This is not just training - it is a space where you return to yourself to build healthy, living, honest connections with others.

Gestalt is about living experience.

Group therapy is a safe environment where this experience becomes possible.

If you want to learn how to work with people, be in dialogue, better understand yourself and others - you are on the right track.

The programs were developed by the St. Petersburg Gestalt Institute with the consulting support of EPG - Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt (Paris Gestalt School) under the guidance of Ph.D. Serge Ginger.
