The KAYMAN KPE-160-M cooking kettle is designed for boiling water, preparing first, second and third courses, cooking vegetables at public catering and trade establishments. The model is equipped with automatic control of the thermal mode of operation from "dry running". The body is made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel.
The stationary boiler is a welded structure consisting of an inner body (cooking tank), an outer body, cladding and a stand. The space between the inner and outer bodies is partially filled with water and serves as a heating steam-water jacket, ensuring uniform heating of the cooking tank of the boiler. The boiler is closed with a lid.
