Abat PKA 6-1/1VM2 combi steamer (on request)
is designed for frying, steaming, blanching, baking and other types of heat treatment of products in catering and trade establishments. The equipment replaces several types of devices at once: a stove, a convection oven, a roasting cabinet, an oven, a tilting frying pan, a cooking kettle, a deep fryer, etc. Dishes cooked in a combi steamer retain all their useful substances. The model is equipped with lighting, an easily removable grease filter, a shower for washing and a door with double glazing.
