A small studio apartment, like a hotel room. Newly renovated, clean. Wifi, smart tv, cable. NO BALCONY, NO SMOKING, PENALTY 5000 tenge (iqos, glo allowed). Identity card as a deposit, upon departure we will return (or a photo of the certificate + 5000-10000 tenge returnable deposit). Hour 1500 (payment for at least 2 hours), more than 4 hours discount, by the hour we rent only until 20:00-21:00. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper. Cleaning, clean linens and towels in front of each guest. Night 8000 tenge (departure from 8:00 to 10:00). Day 10000 tenge (24 hours, check-out before 19:00). Friday, Saturday, holidays are more expensive. At night, a disposable toothbrush with 2 pcs of toothpaste is also provided. TV (wi-fi, smart TV, cable), air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes. There are NO cooking hobs. We do not sell for parties. You can't make noise.
