When using rubber molds in the production of tiles, there is no need to lubricate the molds before pouring. Concrete requires about 2 times less time to mature in rubber molds. After all, you can remove the casting from soft rubber much earlier than from hard plastic. Moreover, without any heat treatment! This advantage allows you to shorten the production cycle, reduce the number of working forms and refuse part of the production area.
