The molds are made without the use of threaded connections, which greatly facilitates the process of assembly and disassembly.
Metal 4 mm (Russia, Mechel). Available in 3mm steel.
The base (plywood or steel sheet) is not included.
Form assembly is possible by one person no more than 5 minutes.

Foam concrete mixers PBS-150AT-500AT (220 volts-380 volts), activator type, designed for the production of foam blocks and foam concrete mix at a construction site with a reduced power supply. Can be used to fill floors, walls, roofs. Differs in special compactness, mobility and unpretentiousness. For operation, a compressor with a capacity of 150-200l / min is required. with receiver not less than 50l. Pressure hose diameter - 50mm, length - 10m
The control unit is equipped with a timer for automatic shutdown of the electric motor. The pressure gauge is protected from foam concrete by a medium separator, which ensures its long-term operation.
For the operation of PBS foam concrete plants - a foam generator is NOT REQUIRED!
