The UNOX XEFR-03EU-ELDV convection oven of the Elena series is designed for preparing various dishes, baking bakery and confectionery products in catering and trade establishments, in bakeries and pastry shops. The model is equipped with electronic control and LED backlighting. The easy-to-open inner glass facilitates cleaning and ensures maximum hygiene. The chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the guides are made of chromed steel.

The oven is used together with the UNOX XEKHT-HCEU exhaust hood.
