is designed for preparing various dishes, baking bakery and confectionery products in catering and trade enterprises, in bakeries and confectioneries. The model is equipped with lighting by means of halogen lamps and C-shaped guides. Removable internal glass facilitates cleaning and ensures maximum hygiene. The chamber with rounded corners is made of stainless steel AISI 304, the guides are made of stainless steel, the door hinges are made of high-strength self-lubricating technopolymer, the door lock is made of carbon fiber.
The equipment must be connected to the water supply network (3/4″ valve).
The delivery set includes 4 plastic holders, a set for connection to the water supply network (water supply hose, mechanical filter and 3/4 non-return valve) and a "Starter Kit" (8 screws, a wrench, a conical cap for the drain hole and a sticker). Baking sheets are not included in the delivery set and are purchased
