Convection oven UNOX XEBC-10EU-E1RM series

The UNOX XEBC-10EU-E1RM combi steamer from the BAKERTOP MIND.Maps™ ONE series is designed for baking bakery and pastry products in catering and retail establishments, bakeries, and pastry shops. It features electronic controls and integrated LED door lighting. An easy-to-open inner glass panel facilitates cleaning and ensures maximum hygiene. The chamber, with rounded corners, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the guides are made of profiled steel, the door lock is made of high-strength self-lubricating technopolymer, and the internal door handle pin is made of carbon fiber.

The appliance must be connected to a water supply (3/4" valve).

The package includes four plastic holders, a water supply connection kit (water supply hose, mechanical filter, and 3/4" non-return valve), and a Starter Kit (8 screws, a wrench, and a sticker). Baking sheets are not included and must be purchased separately.
