On the top panel of the cabinet there is an illuminated dial with touch controls for all functions; bordered by a volume control ring. The transparent acrylic base has a switchable backlight with adjustable brightness. The model is equipped with a Bluetooth wireless network (with AAC; SBC codecs) and Wi-Fi. AirPlay available; and thanks to support for the UPnP protocol and the presence of a LAN port, the system connects to the local network and plays audio files stored there; incl. Hi-Res formats up to 24-bit/384kHz. When using a Wi-Fi connection, the sampling frequency is limited to 384 kHz. A network connection provides access to web radio (with the ability to save presets) and web services. There is built-in support for Spotify Connect and TIDAL.
