HR Human Consulting is acting as an intermediary on behalf of an international client seeking to strengthen its strategic advisory and geopolitical risk assessment capabilities.

The firm supports decision-makers through geopolitical analysis, strategic intelligence, and risk advisory services, with a particular focus on Eurasia and emerging geopolitical developments.

By combining political, economic, and strategic insights, the organization helps clients anticipate risks, understand regional dynamics, and support informed decision-making in uncertain environments.

Role Overview

Support the client’s research and advisory activities on a fee-for-service basis. The role consists of project-based assignments that can be performed alongside a primary professional activity and are generally compatible with full-time employment.

Assignments may vary in scope and intensity depending on geopolitical developments, client priorities, and ongoing advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Provide geopolitical and strategic analysis with a strong focus on Russia and the Eurasian region, including political systems, economic structures, governance dynamics, and societal trends.

Deliver concise analytical reports, strategic briefings, and presentations tailored to corporate, institutional, and strategic decision-making.

Contribute contextual insights supporting risk assessment, market understanding, stakeholder mapping, and long-term strategic planning.

Leverage a professional network to gather expert perspectives and qualitative insights, in full compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Support ad hoc research requests related to geopolitical risks, sanctions, governance issues, regulatory developments, and macro-political trends.

Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute as a trusted advisor on sensitive and strategic topics.

Profile & Requirements

Proven experience in strategy consulting, geopolitical advisory, think tanks, public affairs, risk consulting, public administration, or related fields.

Well-established professional network with the ability to mobilize informed perspectives and contextual expertise.

Strong understanding of geopolitical dynamics, political institutions, economic systems, and international affairs.

Demonstrated experience producing high-quality analytical deliverables, including reports, briefings, and strategic assessments.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professional ethics.

Comfortable working with international stakeholders and sensitive subjects.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and geopolitical awareness.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within agreed deadlines.
